Parade of Homes - Spring 2025

Last weekend for Parade of Homes here in town! —which basically means you’ve got the perfect excuse to peek inside a bunch of brand-new homes (over 100 of them!) across the area. I get to do this kind of thing for a living, so I’ve already scoped out some of the best spots. If you’re thinking about building, or just love dreaming up future house plans, check out neighborhoods like Castaway, Henwick, Brookfield, Freestone, The Coves, Fontana, and Talia. Lots of great stuff out there.

The tour is totally free, super casual, and ends after this weekend! So whether you’re actively house hunting or just looking for ideas, it’s a fun way to spend an afternoon. Grab a coffee, bring a friend, and go see what’s out there—you might leave with more than just Pinterest inspiration.
