Pics from this week: Soaking up the sun, playing soccer, and trying Mena’s Donut House. I think it’s my new favorite spot!
Some beautiful spring weather we’re having… in FEBRUARY.
Seriously, in what’s usually our coldest month of the year, we’ve had a few 70 degree days. We’ve been outside nonstop soaking it up as a family, but I keep reminding myself we’ve definitely had snow in March and even April before. So don’t pack away the coats just yet.
This week I’ve got a fun, nostalgic update on the old All Star Adventures spot that’s about to get a major glow up with Mammoth Clubhouse, plus a packed list of great events happening around town.
And if you’ve ever wondered whether Wichita is still a good place to invest in real estate in 2026, I just dropped a new YouTube video breaking down the numbers, what’s changed, and how I’m personally approaching deals this year.
Let’s get into it!

All Star Adventures Getting New Life!
Okay friends, this one feels a little nostalgic and exciting at the same time. The old All Star Adventures property near 1010 N. Webb Road is getting new life — and it’s going to be home to Mammoth Clubhouse.

If you remember birthday parties, go-karts, and mini golf there back in the day, it’s kind of fun to think of that space becoming a go-to spot again.
Mammoth Clubhouse is planning a tech-enabled driving range experience, where you can track your shots and compete with friends (yes, even if you’re not “good” at golf). They’re also building a 27-hole Pure Putt course, which honestly sounds like the perfect mix of competitive and casual — something you could do on a date night, with coworkers, or with the kids.
There will also be a clubhouse space with food and drinks, so it’s not just “hit balls and leave.” It’s more of a stay-awhile, order something, hang out, and make a night of it kind of place.
I love seeing a familiar Wichita spot get a fresh start, especially when it’s something designed for connection and fun. No official opening date just yet, but this feels like one a lot of us will be checking out as soon as the doors open.
Who else is ready to see that corner of town buzzing again? 👀
